BODYPUMP -102 -  60 mins.    New Release!  All levels welcomed!  The Original LesMills Barbell Workout!  This newest release will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for---and fast!  Space is limited.
* Express Class- (45 mins) No tricep/bicep tracks.  *Mini - (30 Minutes)  Warm-up/Squats/Chest/Back/Core.

CXWORX -27 - Revolutionary 30 min. Core Workout - This newest release really targets in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.  It’s ideal fortightening your abs and glutes, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention!  Don’t miss this class--- no other club in the area has this LesMills program!!!  

ZUMBA/ZUMBA STEP/Aqua ZUMBA (Basic)-- 45-60 mins.  Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people toward joy and health!  Don’t miss the fun on all the Zumba programs offered at RHF!  
Zumba/Zumba Step meet in the Group Exercise Studio!  Aqua Zumba meets in the pool!

WIM (Water in Motion)- 60 mins.Join our choreographed and motivating aquatic program!  Get a great workout and obtain fast results while having fun at the same time!  Great music and certified instructors will accommodate all levels of fitness.

Aqua Fit– (60 mins.)   A fun, energetic aquatic class with a combination of cardio movements with exercises for strength, flexibility & balance.   Great for all ages, levels & abilities!

Aqua Intense– (60 mins.)  This aquatic class will challenge you using many of the same movements and exercises of Aqua Fit but with longer intervals and a bit more intensity!

WalkLive – (3+ mile workout)  This class is an indoor walking class established and proven through many years of success of Leslie Sansone’s Walk Program.  All levels welcomed for a great workout!

New !   Circuit Fit – (45 mins.)
Train your muscles with purpose in this interval circuit-style class incorporating strength moves, core, balance and cardio.  This class meets in the Group Exercise Studio.   Great for all ages and levels!

New !   Triple S --- (Stride, Strength & Stretch) – (60 mins.)Join us for this new combination class which meets on the track in the stretch area.  Your instructor will warm you up and get you ready for an effective walk followed by some strength work and a full body stretch in the Yoga studio.
5:30pm-6:00pm   Track Area            6:00pm-6:30pm    Yoga Studio           Take all of it or either part! 

MVe – Maximum Versatility exercise- (45-60 mins.)  This class is designed to stretch and strengthen muscle groups that traditional techniques and equipment can’t reach!  This class is taught by an MVe certified instructor.  (Flexible shoes or bare feet required).

Total Training – (60 mins.)   This class will focus on your whole body using a variety of equipment - work at your own pace!  
Class level is light to moderate but for all ages.

Pilates & PilatesPlus – (45-60 mins.)   These strengthening and stretching exercises will use the mind and body connection to focus on breathing, coredevelopment, body alignment, posture, muscle balance and stress reduction. 
PilatesPlus - This class combines the Pilates mat while engaging mind & body/breathing/core developement.  Also, focusing on strength & posture exercises using body weight & different peices of equipment.

Lo-Cardio – (30/45/ or 60 mins.)  Join your instructor for a heart-pumping workout with a variety of aerobic or step moves!  Lo-Cardio=Less impact.

Powersculpt – (45-60 mins.)  A full body conditioning class which concentrates on all major muscles of the body as well as improves coordination and flexibility.  Great for all ages!  No equipment needed—just your own resistance to get great results!

Yoga – (45-60 mins.)  This class is an incredible mind/body workout that will increase strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. This class in "open-level" so everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced participants.  Each class is designed to challenge students physically but adding breath work will help you manage and find more balance in your everyday life!  Even one hour of yoga a week can help reduce stress and anxiety.  

Spin – (45-60 mins.)  Spinning is a class for all ages and fitness levels that use a unique stationary bike in a “group environment” freefrom weather and traffic.  Space is limited.  Towel/Water recommended.  Please arrive 5-10 mins early.

IMB – Improved Body Movements - (45 mins.)  This class uses chairs, weights, balls & body weight for stregthening, balancing, coordinating & stretching with focus on body awareness and muscle control.  Great for all ages!
