Balmoral Exit Ramp is Complete

The ribbon cutting ceremony kicked off the official opening of the Balmoral exit ramp which will open today. The new all-electronic I-PASS exit is at Balmoral Avenue off of northbound 294.

The ramp was built under a first-of-its-kind agreement between governmental bodies. Rosemont funded the construction and the Illinois Tollway will reimburse them for half of the cost from Tollway funds over 25 years.
