ACCESSIBILITY

The Allstate Arena strives to provide excellent service to all our guests, including those guests with special needs. Allstate Arena recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and meets or exceeds the requirements for compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Allstate Arena provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

Accessible/Disabled seating is available on the lower level of the arena.   Wheelchair area is located behind sections 113 and 116 (depending on event set-up behind sections 105 and 108 may also be available).  Wheelchairs must purchase a ticket to these areas only.  There is no access to main floor or other seating areas.  If you can walk with assistance tickets can be purchased in any section but wheelchair can’t be stored at or near your seat.   Tickets for accessible seating areas are available through Ticketmaster and the Allstate Arena Box Office. When ordering tickets for an accessible seating area, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Please note that the number of seats available in the accessible seating area meets the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws relating to accessibility, however, the number of seats in the accessible seating areas is limited. Tickets for seats in the accessible seating areas are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Wheelchair Escorts

Allstate Arena provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/Disabled seating is available on the lower level of the arena. Tickets for accessible seating areas are available through Ticketmaster and the Allstate Arena Box Office. When ordering tickets for an accessible seating area, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Please note that the number of seats available in the accessible seating area meets the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws relating to accessibility, however, the number of seats in the accessible seating areas is limited. Tickets for seats in the accessible seating areas are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Purchase Accessible Tickets at Ticketmaster

Visit Ticketmaster’s website online, select the event, and click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" icon; or
Call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 and request accessible tickets; or
Visit a Ticketmaster retail outlet and request accessible tickets.

The Allstate Arena Box Office also sells tickets for accessible seating. Please visit the Box Office page on the Allstate Arena website for hours and more information.

Designated Parking Spaces for Persons with Disabilities

Designated parking spaces are available for guests with disabilities. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. The parking spaces designated for guests with disabilities are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sign Language Interpreters

Allstate Arena is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact the Allstate Arena for further information.

Service Animals/Guide Dogs

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in the Allstate Arena with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Allstate Arena guests or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Allstate Arena personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the event of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to personnel instructions during an evacuation.
