Village Tax Deferral Letter

The Village’s locally imposed taxes will return back to the normal schedule for revenues received on or after July 1, 2020.  Payment of taxes collected for the deferral months of March, April, May and June of 2020 are due September 1, 2020.  Please see the Village Hospitality Tax Deferral Letter in the documents section.

The Finance Department is responsible for recording all day to day financial activities, as well as financial reporting, budgeting and capital assets for the village departments and all related businesses (Allstate Arena, Rosemont Theatre, Commercial Properties, Rosemont Health and Fitness, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Parkway Bank Park, The Dome, The Ballpark, and the Water Department).  This includes responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, medical and property & liability insurance, revenue collection, purchasing, tax forms and collection, bonds and other investments.  Information Technology also falls under the direction of the Finance Department.
