Restaurant Spotlight- Fogo de Chão


Fogo de Chão”, translating to “fire on the ground” truly represents a culinary experience like none other in the city of Rosemont.  Fogo is an authentic Brazilian Churrascaria that allows guest to experience the true culture of the Gaucho that was brought to the US from the founding partners.

Fogo offers a spread inspired by the grand kitchen tables on the farms of Southern Brazil where family and friends gather to share the finest and freshest from their harvests. Fogo brings you seasonal salads, irresistibly fresh vegetables, imported meats and cheeses, artisan breads and more. 

The meal service begins with our Market Table.  The Market Table is located in the center of the restaurant and includes items such as fresh salads, vegetables, fruits, sides, seasonal soups, as well as the feijoada bar.  The main course is continuous tableside service of signature cuts of meat prepared, fire-roasted and served by our gaucho chefs. Guests can try any and all varieties, cooked to order to their liking.  Accompany your meats with authentic Brazilian side dishes served throughout the meal tableside, including warm pão de queijo (cheese bread), crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas. Now offering both Saturday and Sunday brunch, you will also find seasonal Roast, braised beef rib hash, pão de queijo egg bake, bolo de fubá (sweet cornmeal cake), and more.   An excellent pairing to the dining experience is the signature drinks of Brazil, the Caipirinha, made with cachaça, sugar and lime.  Or try one of the over 100 wines from an extensive list to favor anyone’s likings.

As a part of MB Financial Park, our Rosemont location welcomes guests with an enticing bar that boasts floor to ceiling windows offering a full view of the surroundings.  There are four private dining rooms capable of entertaining 10 – 220 guests.  As a popular venue to both social and corporate gatherings, Fogo de Chão also accommodates full buy out parties of up to 400 guests to leave a lasting impression on those who partake in the festivities! 

Along with the gorgeous venue, private diners are offered a special experience themselves!  Just launched this season to rave reviews, our seafood tower adds the finishing touch to an unforgettable dining experience!  With lobster tail, lobster claws, crab claws, crab clusters, shrimp and mussels, each guests’ individual food preference is met when trying to satisfy all types of taste buds!
