Rosemont Theatre Box Office Refund Policy for Events Cancelled or Postponed Due to COVID-19
As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, events originally scheduled for the spring and summer months have been impacted, with some events postponed and other events cancelled.
Guests who purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled should contact their original point of purchase to get a refund.
If you have tickets for an event that has been postponed, your tickets will still be honored on the rescheduled date with no ticket exchange necessary. However, in keeping with the promoters’ refund policies, refunds will available for some rescheduled shows as well. In some cases, these refunds may only be available for 30 days after the new date is announced.
If you bought your tickets at the Rosemont Theatre Box Office, this 30 day period began May 6th. Please check our website for updates on Box Office hours.
If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster or another third party, please contact those third parties for additional information.
