Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district (5501 Park Place), in partnership with Five Roses Pub, will host the park’s first-ever “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” Irish-themed festival Saturday, September 14 from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. Sponsored by Jameson and Guinness, the event will feature food and drink tents on the Park’s great lawn alongside live Irish entertainment and children’s activities.
Bounce houses and face painting will be available for children to enjoy until 5 p.m. The event will also feature a variety of live entertainment by Irish acts throughout the day. The entertainment schedule is outlined below:
12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – live music from The Dirty Wellies
1:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. – performances by Bagpipers & the McNulty Irish Dancers
2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – live music from Gerry Carey and Co.
3:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. – performances by Bagpipers & the McNulty Irish Dancers
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – live music from Aidan O’Toole & Chris Bain
Parking is available at the Parkway Bank Park parking garage and is free with validation from any of the park’s venues.
